Terms of service

Last updated September 8, 2026

These terms describe the use of Mymeet.ai Calendar at https://cal.mymeet.ai.

For the legal identity and details of the operator of this deployment, contact hello@mymeet.ai.

Contents

  1. 1. Scheduling meetings
  2. 2. Your account and content
  3. 3. Meeting changes and availability
  4. 4. Stopping use and data requests
  5. 5. Software and document updates

1. Scheduling meetings

The service lets hosts publish available times and guests book, reschedule or cancel meetings. Calendar synchronization and invitations depend on connected accounts and email delivery. This scheduling service does not itself record or transcribe your calls.

2. Your account and content

Keep access to your sign-in email, API keys and private meeting links secure. Provide accurate booking details and share only information you are entitled to provide. Hosts are responsible for the questions they ask and the integrations they connect.

Do not impersonate others, send unsolicited messages, attempt unauthorized access or use the service unlawfully. Access may be restricted to investigate abuse or protect other users.

3. Meeting changes and availability

Check the date, timezone and participants before confirming. Use the links in your invitation to request a change or cancellation. Delivery or calendar updates can be delayed or fail; contact hello@mymeet.ai if a confirmed booking and its calendar event disagree.

Availability depends on the host's rules and the state of connected calendars. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that a participant will attend. Nothing here limits rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. Stopping use and data requests

You may stop using the service and disconnect your calendars. Account deletion and export are requested through hello@mymeet.ai; they are not self-service settings. Cancellation, disconnection and account deletion are different actions. The privacy policy explains how booking data, calendar connections and earlier copies are handled.

5. Software and document updates

The scheduling engine is distributed under the MIT license. The source license and upstream copyright notices remain applicable to independently hosted copies. These service terms describe this deployment.

The current text and its revision date are published on this page. Questions about the terms or service operator: hello@mymeet.ai.
